If you want your wallpapers to be more useful rather than just pretty, try downloading our new calendar wallpaper for the month of August! This artwork was based on our twitter page’s background. It was also our first submission to Smashing Magazine for the month of August.

The calendar was based on the theme of our website launch. You can see Munchinator viciously attacking the city with its monstrous jaws to signal the unleashing of our fiercely creative designs.

I made this artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. It was my first time to make a desktop calendar, and I had to keep a few guidelines in mind. And had to decide which parts of the canvas to position the dates, our logo, and Munchinator, keeping in mind the icons that would be on desktops and other gadgets.

You can download the wallpaper below, I designed a version with a calendar and without, so it can still be useful after this month.
