It paralyzes a person’s mind into generating new ideas that could either be consistent or different from the ones that he/she has made. Also, take a break every once in a while. Take deep breath before or after each writing activity. This will let your mind and body to relax while getting a good supply of oxygen that will activate your brain cells.
